Turl Street Tales

Take a new group of clever writers, shut them up in a box of inventive brilliance, called the QI Club, and see what they can create. The result is a book of Oxford stories, a collection of short pieces, romance and crime, comedy and non-fiction, poetry and even a couple of ghost stories, all set in historic Turl Street, Oxford. Readers will meet the ghost in the basement of the QI Club and learn about the disease that has stricken the chestnut trees of Oxford. Kisses and murders, gypsies and bishops, barmaids and undergraduates, sorrows and triumphs, all have a place in the Turl Street Tales.
