The EU Regulatory Framework for Electronic Communications Handbook 2010 Edition

In the 27 EU Member States, regulation of electronic communications is increasingly driven by European legislation. This book is a collection of key European legislation and other instruments pertinent to the electronic communications sector, with, in some cases, annotations by author Michael Ryan and his colleagues. The book includes a raft of new legislation that is currently before the EU parliament which should be adopted early in 2010.
