Ellie Green's world falls apart when her beloved son, Charlie, dies at the tender age of five. But life goes on and her husband, Steve, and their rather difficult and wayward teenage son, George, still vie for her attention as a wife and mother. The practise of yoga helps Ellie through many emotionally fraught times.
