The decision to go out that night turned out to be the worst that Joe Harper had made in a long time.

Drugged and kidnapped Joe wakes in a place that he does not recognise without any idea of why he has been chosen.

Someone does know though, someone has singled Joe out specifically and he has made sure that his disciples know it too.

But Jeremy Wolfe has his own agenda, one that they are all unaware of. He has made sure that they don't care what Joe looks like; his long hair and tattoos are immaterial. It is what he believes that repulses them, the evil that they have been convinced lives within him.

An evil that they are willing to use any means necessary to purge from him. To help him.
