Amy grew up in an unsettled family environment, with mum, dad and brother, Josh. Then one evening, tragedy struck.

Reeling in heartache and pain, Amy is trapped in a world of nightmares. Becoming a prisoner in her own mind, finding it difficult to let go and forgive.

Amy's best friend, Tara is her rock, but can only do so much to help her. Then she meets Tony and spiritual healer, Mary Beth.
