Set in Cuba, Florida, and Israel, the reader discovers the loves, political compulsions, and strangely interweaving lives of the narrator, his obssesive client Alex, and the glamorous Cuban adventurer, Abraham Moreno. Nothing is ever what it seems as the story builds to its conclusion.
