Cenozoic Foreland Basins of Western Europe

Provides a modern synthesis on foreland basin sequence stratigraphy and structural geology. Includes the foothills, foreland basins of the Northwestern Alps, Pyrenees and Betic thrust belts. The multidisciplinary approach includes both sedimentological and structural studies plus numerical modelling as a tool to quantify and integrate the geological data.
