Tributes to Lucy Freeman Sandler: Studies in Illuminated Manuscripts

This volume is published in honour of Lucy Freeman Sandler, Helen Gould Sheppard Professor of Art History, Emerita at New York University, whose contribution to the study of illuminated manuscripts, and to English Gothic book illumination in particular has been outstanding.
