Andrew is a curious and mischievous boy of nine growing up near the Chesapeake Bay of Maryland. As he discovers the individual traits of animal neighbors, he entertains young readers with his quirky sense of humor. Andrew's perceptions mature as he learns more about the animals and finds parallels within his own life.
