Relationships As A Spiritual Journey

A Course in Miracles is a contemporary spiritual teaching which claims that the timeless quest for God is best accomplished right in our own back yard -- in our ordinary human relationships. There we can find the Eternal Beloved we have sought since time began. Yet to find this real Love in our relationships, says the Course, our relationships must go through a profound transformation, a transformation that will take the form of a journey. This is the journey from special relationships, based on the pursuit of individual specialness, to holy relationships, based on the pursuit of a truly common goal. This is not an overnight change, for this journey, according to the Course, is the spiritual journey itself.
