Tracy Brown originally created the LeaderThink(r) newsletter to encourage, equip and empower volunteers in a national professional association to be the best leaders they could be. Through word of mouth the subscriber list has grown to include leaders in all professions.

The book is a collection of short essays or articles focused on leadership compiled from past issues of the newsletter. Each starts with a quotation and is followed by 1-5 paragraphs of commentary.
