Swimming the Storm

Emotional heartbreak plagues each and every one sometime throughout our life. Swimming the Storm is the journey of the heart as it battles anger, overcomes doubt, travels through isolation and depression, and ends up on the path to acceptance and faith. The heart, like any other, muscle needs to be exercised or it will strain and suffer permanant heartbreak. It must practice 'swimming the storm' if it is expected to survive emotional upheaval.
