It pictures use of your U.S. dollars in action overseas and at home. It deals with integrity and use of those funds by the U.S. Foreign Services officers, and also oversight of same by the U.S. Congress, General Accounting Office and the Department of Justice. Wars overseas and local internal trauma is described in several overseas countries that our U.S. Military gets involved in helping us in our investigative work. Friends in Virginia and overseas also played an important role helping the inspectors safe guard the Foreign Aid Funds. Love, Hate, Fraud could assist high school and college students and possibly early retirees considering a career in foreign service work. One advantage is that Uncle Sam pays the cost of official travel while the employee is required to cover only the cost of side sightseeing trips.
