Eric Parry Architects

This is the first of a two volume monograph set on this progressive and internationally known architectural practice, Eric Parry Architects. In this first volume the reader is introduced to a selection of E.P.A.'s noted constructions from the 1980's to the present. Projects featured include Pembroke College, Cambridge; the Damai Suria housing development in Kuala Lumpur; Chateau du Paulin, France; and the Ministry of Sound nightclub in London. Author Wilfried Wang, recently director of the Frankfurt Architecture Museum, and currently, a visiting critic at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, considers E.P.A.'s importance within architectural discourse, examining their concerns with materiality, attention to detail, craftsmanship and compositional structures.
