The Terrible Battle for Billy Watson

To the parts that make up the body of Billy Watson, he is a great castle, giving protection from enemies all around. Then one day, Billy trips and cuts his knee. Suddenly there is a break in the castle wall. Thousands of germs rush in. Their aim is take over the castle completely.
Can Billy's natural defences keep the invaders out? Or will he have to seek help from elsewhere?
