PRACTICE NURSE DEVELOPMENT: A Resource Pack

The realisation of the NHS Plan will require professional and non-professional staff at all levels to work in close and effective partnerships with their employing organisations, patients and other stakeholders to deliver on these objectives. In the primary care setting, the implications are even more far reaching as '90% of patient journeys begin and end in primary care'. Practice Nurses amongst other key staff groups will need to play an active role through team and collaborative working to deliver patient centred care and services.
