Roy draws on his many years of travelling around Wales and the many thousands of people he has met through his radio and TV work, to paint a picture of the true essence of the country. Rugby, mining and choral singing are just a few of the strands of Welsh culture that Roy brings to life in this illustrated collection of amusing and informative anecdotes and essays.
