Ey Up Adolf

EY UP ADOLF is based on a true story and concerns the wartime events in the lives of three Yorkshire people.

Ann Huggup and Edgar Stanton were still in their teens when they became engaged. After war broke out in 1939 Edgar was conscripted into the Royal Corp of Signals. They wrote regularly until Edgar was transferred to a secret communications centre under Whitehall and the letters stopped. Doubt and suspicion created by people around her caused Ann to break off the engagement.

Edgar never told anyone about his war time activities, not even his wife Rosa, but sixty years later he met up with Ann and all was revealed, secret bases, operations behind enemy lines and a world of spies.
