Sonia's Feeling Sad

Sonia is very sad and avoids seeing her family and friends. At home, she prefers to be in bed - although she can't sleep. Her GP (family doctor) diagnoses depression. Regular visits to a counsellor - over the course of a year - help Sonia to feel better, and she starts to enjoy life again.
