Tomás Bairéad Rogha Scéalta

Tomás Bairéad (1893-1973) divided his attentions between his activities with the IRA and his writings during his life. In spite of this, he was a progressive and well-respected writer and journalist. The War of Independence is a prominent theme in many of these stories, the best of his work.
