The Great Flight : MPT No. 1 2016

MPT’s Spring 2016 issue ’The Great Flight’ features a focus on refugee poetry – poetry by refugees and about the plight of refugees and migrants - with new translations of Ribka Sibhatu, Hama Tuma, Golan Haji and Amarjit Chandan, plus prose by Nasrin Parvaz and Don Mee Choi. Also in this issue: Shetlandic translation by Christina de Luca, versions of Rābiʿah al-Baṣrī by Clare Pollard; Juan Gelman, Louise Labé and Indonesian poet Basuki Gunawan.
