River Water

Flix is a fox in trouble. Her mate has been killed, and she is pregnant with their first litter. She knows she can’t survive alone in the forest, so she enlists the help of Nezzik, a stoat that she finds soon after. The forest is full of many dangers though, and even together the fox and stoat would do well not to end up floating downstream like all the others who lose the will to survive.
