Classic Curry

In the West, curry is often synonymous with Indian food, but in truth many countries around the world include curries in their traditional cuisine:Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Trinidad and Tobago to name a few, and the types of curries are as diverse as the countries they originate from. What they have in common is fragrant dishes bursting with flavour and highly seasoned with herbs and spices.
