1 Peter 5:10 "But the God of all grace, who has called us to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that you have suffered a while, make you perfect, establish, strengthen, settle you."

God is gracious (charis) to you. He liberally forgives you through your faith in His Son Jesus.
He knows you have suffered (patho), and He is able to empathize with you.
Jesus seeks to 'perfect' (kat-ar-tid'-zo) you: to complete you thoroughly; repair adjust, mend, and restore you.
Jesus desires to 'establish' (stay-rid'-zo) you: to turn you resolutely in a positive direction; to fix, to give you staying power, and to confirm you.
Jesus will 'strengthen' (sthen-o'-o) and renew your physical vigor, and confirm you in spiritual knowledge and power.
Jesus will 'settle' (them-el-ee-o'-o) you: lay a foundation in your life in Himself upon good ground in which to build a solid life.
