Personal Wellness for the Christian College Student: PE Fit

Designed for use by students, this journal weaves in concepts of spiritual wellness with health and fitness to help users understand the effects that diet and exercise have on overall well-being. Units and self-evaluations covering perspective and motivation, fat management, nutrition, and fitness are included with the journal as well as weekly motivational quotes and tips that provide inspiration. The journal makes it easy to keep track of progress by providing detailed guidelines for diet and exercise—based on the new U.S. government food pyramid—and adheres to a Christian focus on stewardship of the body.
