The Rahab Chronicles

Time dragged for Rahab when she carried an awful secret she could not reveal. Time seemed stationary when she awoke and couldn't see, when she thought the drought would never end and as she waited for her husband to return from the wars. However, time seemed to race by when Salmon came on a Camel to take her to their wedding, when little Boaz was born and Salmon lifted him up to heaven and dedicated him to God, and when she finally got her own house with flat roof and draperies. She remembers the times of laughing with the children she taught to read, the ladies she taught to sew, weave flax into linen, and make ropes from Palm fronds.
