Kelly Black is one part Buffy the Vampire Slayer, one part Sydney Bristo from 'Alias' and one part Nancy Drew. She is quick-witted, fast on her feet and has a sharp tongue, sometimes too sharp. She's also got issues; things are not great at home, but that takes a back seat to what happens when she meets Fagan on a walk through Bigelow Hollow Park.
