Wings Of Hope

Wings of Hope is the inspirational story of Fred Schroder's journey with his shocking diagnosis of inoperable lung cancer. It describes how we, as husband and wife, responded to his cancer treatments and temporary healing. We were very grateful for the gift of time of fourteen months to prepare ourselves for his hospice care. In order to cope with the care giving challenges, we formed a support team of doctors, nurses, lawyers, chaplains, ministers, family, and friends. These remarkable people accompanied us on our struggle with life and death.
