Faith and Grief

Is it love or selfishness that creates the emotional attachment and anxiety that we feel when a loved one dies? Initially, I did not say much to anyone about how I miss them and the sadness I felt. But they knew from my isolation that I was really distressed. I have a few friends from different cultures and religions which I had a chance to speak with about my loss. Some of my friends have families who live in other countries and observe a different faith. Through their views I was able to understand and accept my loss. I hope this book helps you as well.
