Throughout my life I have experienced a magnitude of opportunities that brought me to my knees and catapulted me to surrender myself to the Divine Power of the Universe.
It has been a powerful journey of continual CHANGE,
HEALING and SERENITY. Many people have asked me to share this information in book form. Although I was unsure of my own capabilities, I have known in my heart I wanted to "gift back" the pearls of wisdom that have been gifted to me, I just didn't know when or how. Initially the thought of being able to convey my story in a way that would benefit others was a daunting task. Eventually I came to the resolution of writing She Thought, She Could, She Did, with the desire of inspiring others and providing them with keys of change that unlock and invoke healing.
The book was written with the intention of motivating others and presenting people with tools to enhance their own lives. Facing numerous health challenges and other obstacles along the way, my journey became a miraculous transformation from 'victimhood' into what I have coined as 'victorious-hood.' Sharing some of my personal stories has been a deeply humbling experience. Writing this book brought me a sense of vulnerability. At times while composing this memoir I would catch myself feeling utterly exposed, as if I was stark naked in public. Being open and honest, intimately revealing my multi-faceted self has been one of my most courageous and breath-taking experiences thus far. I share what I share in hopes of spreading information and guidance for people seeking healing. In thinking about exposing myself to the public domain, my ego would say, "are you crazy?" yet the blueprint of this book was already in my DNA.
I was twenty-eight years old sitting in a doctor's office about to sign another permission form for a third back surgery when I first heard a gentle yet strong Angelic Voice say,
"Judy, no more!" An overwhelming sense of shock and fearlessness came over me. The pen I was holding dropped from my fingers. I stood up abruptly and politely excused myself from the doctor's office. Intuitively I knew I was ready to eradicate my dependency on pain medication for good. I
surrendered my life to God, and at that moment I experienced an immediate shift in consciousness that jolted every cell of my being. Two days later I had an appointment with an iridologist, who later became my mentor. It was during this visit that the doors of natural healing swung wide open and I was reborn. I am a walking testament to the power of prayer, direct divine healing, knowing answers will always come, and embracing them when they do. I encourage you to accept the unacceptable, love the unlovable and believe all things are possible.
"SHE THOUGHT. SHE COULD. SHE DID. Healing
Within" is a memoir. I will describe how I learned the direct connection between our mind and emotions and the role these two play on our physical health. Our emotional and mental state is often the initial cause of physical ailments.
My journey has led me to uncover the hidden connections between the mind, body, and spirit. I have come to understand and accept wholeheartedly, that mending my soul (my spiritual self), is an essential part of the healing process.
Our thoughts, questions, and desires impact our existence, as the Universe responds to our vibrations. We are also granted the opportunity to learn from others who encourage and help us along our paths. Wherever our own individual adventure may lead, healing and well-being is always available for us.
