Biography: The first author, Professor Baldwin Hui, has been dedicating himself to tertiary education in business in multiple aspects and made a considerable attainment in knowledge generation with his wide variety of knowledge and holistic vision. In his earlier years, he worked in a HK-based forex company as a dealer and later established his own auditing firm. He then had taught in a number of universities for some years before he took the positions as a vice president in two universities in Macao. Moreover, he has founded the TBE (Institute of Business Engineering) association in 2007 and is currently serving the position of chairman. Over the last 12 years, he with his co-authors. Dr. Gary Ching and Associate Professor Andrew Siu, have been jointly conducting researches on the theories of Business Engineering and the practices of PVC-BQ System.
