The Story of Amity United Methodist Church

Since April, 1958, Amity United Methodist Church has been a viable presence in Chapel Hill and the North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church. Many pastors have led us; a few of the original congregation remain. I am one of them. Many moved on to other service and other places. Many are part of the unseen "communion of saints" we believe surround us.
