Park, in his guise as Wilson High, is back with tales of euphoric recall not included in High & Dry, his well-received first memoir. Still (barely) sober and retired from 30 years as a pot grower, High is now holed up in Port Townsend, Washington, a little jewel of a seaport atop the Olympic Peninsula. In between the strange occurrences that follow him as doggedly as his old mutt, he’s looking back at a life most people would consider totally wasted and thinking, Damn! Maybe I knew what I was doing after all!
