Strength Through The Struggle

From my earliest memories the presence of struggle has always been in the forefront. My testimonies have been shaped by the struggles, and as a result I am who I am. This book is my testimony. It is the unashamed, good, bad & ugly truth about my life. How I was at one time a gangster marked for death & a hustler, to becoming an elite athlete on an international professional level, and now I serve as a Pastor set to do the work of God. I look back hindsight & see the awesome power of God, his mercy and his grace. This book is a testimony of how I overcame much struggle, with addictions, fears, anger & depression. And how each struggle plays a significant role preparing me for who I am today. I can Truly say that all things work together for good to them that love Christ. I should have died so many times, in so many arenas, but thanks be to God I yet live to testify of Gods life changing power in my life. - Cory Mathews
