Piscataqua Poems

The poems in this book are inspired by the region called the Piscataqua watershed: Portsmouth, Kittery, Rye, Eliot, Durham, and so on. Oh, and of course, we must include The Isles of Shoals, which seem to burn brightly in the minds of all our local poets.

Here are poems memorializing the Memorial Bridge, celebrating our forests and rivers, our past and present, and our intense emotional connection to this region.
