A product of the sixties, Dr. Bill Gallagher, DC traces his roots to a speakeasy on either side of the family tree. He brings forty years of experience in drug abuse prevention, from designing a student-based program long before SADD to founding a nonprofit organization with international reach. He also has fifty years’ experience as a writer stating as a sports writer at the age of fourteen.
