Sirens of Lituya Bay: An Alaskan Adventure

The vintage tugboat, Pacific Chief, and her crew travel to the famed Lituya Bay on the west coast of Alaska where they are greeted with unexpected events. The individual crew members each have their own expectations, some of which are met: others, not. Aboard are the tug owners, a 101-year old grandson, a museum curator and his wife and a Native carver. Protected by the Tlingit mythical guardian, Kan Lituya and his bear sentinels, this place of mystery and mega tsunamis holds surprises of many kinds for the seagoing adventures. Alaska Native culture and nautical life combine to make an Alaskan adventure.
