Maria the Monarch

In the town of Contepec, a migration of millions of monarch butterflies come to spend the winter in the forests of Mexico. Cousins Eréndira and Corina dream of finding Quetzalpapálotl, the legendary mother of butterflies, Maria la Monarca, a butterfly with the power to speak to them through their dreams. Together they frustrate the plans of the traffickers and looters.
