The second book in the Tales of a Watch-Cat mysteries, The Mystery of Raven’s Moor is loosely based on Edgar Allen Poe’s classic tale, Murders in the Rue Morgue. This adventure finds Thomas and Rabbit immersed in a case many of the other animals view as entirely a human problem.

Like book one, The Mystery of Raven’s Moor aims to introduce children to the concepts developed in classic literature in a way they can understand.
