The Rusted Lantern

An ancient boat dock lantern, pulled from a puddle of salt water high up the cliffs, takes 15-year-old Jason on an adventure through the past where he discovers the fate of his mother he never knew.
Along the way, the boy encounters pirates, sirens, and a mermaid, who tells Jason she knew his mother.
