Community Transformation: Vineyard Dimensions of Discipleship Series: Personal involvement with others to facilitate positive change where you live and beyond

Community transformation is one of eight discipleship guides for the Dimensions of Discipleship series. It doesn't matter which guide you start with-start wherever you'd like and move on to wherever God is leading you next.
You can use this guide to disciple others, you can go through it in a small group setting, or you can work through it individually.
Community transformation is the outwardly visible result of how we live in the world corporately as followers of Jesus. When we are growing as disciples, living out the values of the Kingdom, it makes an impact on the places where we live.
This guide has some concise teaching with core scripture passages and discussion questions for each of the five areas listed below:
• Participating in a faith community that reaches outside of itself
• Praying for healing and reconciliation in society
• Involving yourself in social justice needs in the broader community
• Caring for God's creation in practical ways
• Helping others cultivate healthy lives and relationships
