Viral Fire

The server containing the virus has been found and pulled by the military, or so they think. The doctor who wrote the code is dead, as is the team that raided his apartment. But the glitches have started again, spreading faster than before.

Robert's connection to the virus makes him the only one who can stop it, but will he still want to? Bee figures out how to speak, how to help, and becomes a friend. It even shows signs of emotion. The new boss doesn't want to give him time on the project anyway, and would rather he left the virus problem to “experienced programmers.”

If it isn't stopped, it could quickly spread out of control. The closer the Bee comes to understanding itself, the more dangerous it gets.
