People have kept journals since at least the 10th century, and it's been long known that journaling can help improve our daily lives. A paper journal is preferred over typing because the physical act of putting pen to paper has many health benefits.
So the next time you're feeling overwhelmed, write down what you're grateful for in your life. When you do that, you're switching off the negative thinking that does absolutely nothing for you and focusing on the positive. Being grateful for the good in your life is a powerful tool. You may be amazed at how much better you feel after a few minutes of journaling each day.
The Gratitude Journal includes one year of entries. For each day in the year, you can write out the five things you're grateful for in your life, as well as any notes. In the back of the journal, there are also extra pages for additional notes that you want to include for referencing, or because you need more room to write.
Included with the extra notes pages in the back is a list for you to write out the top 10 things you're most grateful for after completing the journal. It gives you a chance to look back at everything you've written and to see how far you've come.
You can start your one-year Gratitude Journal at any time of the year and continue it for one year from that day. Or you can choose to fill in entries whenever you feel the need to, and carry out your one-year journal longer, two or five years later.
With your Gratitude Journal, you can get your thoughts down on paper, as well as track your entries in the "Page Tag" record keeper in the front of the journal.
Read on to learn about the one-of-a-kind page tagging system from TagIt Journals.
TagIt Journals are the classic black journals that go everywhere. Feel secure having your contact information on the first page in case you ever misplace your journal. Tag each journal page with the "Page Tag" record keeper in the front. Tag each page with a date, keywords, and/or topic. Numbered pages help you easily reference all your entries.
