The Heart Runs Alone

It is a regular evening in the Casualty Department of a prominent hospital, an evening that Dr Nikhil Joseph hopes will be an uneventful one. However, when a woman is brought in, having consumed some poison, Nikhil is forced to relive memories that he has been trying hard to suppress. By the end of the night, Nikhil would have gone through a journey that spans the length of his entire life - but will he find the peace and understanding that he seeks? Or, at least, closure for some unresolved issues?
