En un Paraguay donde el servicio militar es obligatorio y el gobierno se interesa más por el lucro que por el progreso, fuerzas extrañas se inmiscuyen en el sistema.
Conspiraciones llevan acunándose en el seno mismo de la burocracia desde hace mucho tiempo.
Leonardo Bono, sin saberlo, obstaculiza los oscuros planes de esas fuerzas con sólo hacer caso a su instinto. Arrastrado a una carrera por la dominación o liberación de todo un continente, Leo debe asumir un peso que jamás imaginó, siendo las únicas armas disponibles el valor y la lealtad. Como miembro del ejército se ve obligado a despertar sus reflejos para proteger a las únicas personas que ama, mantener alejado del peligro al amor de su vida y luchar junto con las personas que creía sólo compañeros de servicio y nada más. Una promesa lo llevará al límite, Leo debe hacer honor al lema de su familia.
En toda lucha, la voluntad y el amor son las fuerzas que te ayudan a salir adelante. En él no se manifiesta excepción y, más que ser partícipe de la resistencia, él debe afrontar retos, utilizar todos sus conocimientos y no dejar de lado su verdadero deber.
Pero Leo no descubrirá algo sino hasta que se hace demasiado evidente: Todo está conectado, y más tensamente de lo que él piensa.

Cuando estás amenazado, primero resistes, luego te revelas, y al final, peleas. La cuestión es vencer o morir.
