My Next Storybook: For 3rd & 4th Graders

This is a journal with 13 creative writing prompts. Each prompt has a full page frame to draw a picture, and 3 full pages of wide lines so your child can really tell their story. In the end they will have a unique book that's written entirely by them.

Write their name in the cloud on the cover and it's their very own "published" book.

As parents and teachers we want to motivate passion for in-depth learning in our kids Encouraging children to keep on generating new ideas fosters their creative-thinking abilities. When children learn how to become comfortable with ambiguities, they are developing complex thinking skills. Kids have an enthusiasm for writing as a way to express themselves. Creative writing not only allows kids to express their feelings, but teaches the value of creative thinking. This book is the second in a series that grows with your kids. This book was created for a 4th grade classroom and would be great for homeschooling as well.
