Departure Journals

The first volume of Departure Journals begins as a before and after story, stretching from the Toronto beginnings of Terrian Journals to the latest living as a newcomer experiences and planning for more.

Living as a newcomer in a closed, aging town becomes a metaphor for the G7/8 in which the town is located and for the entire domain of "first" worlders.

This volume concludes with a brief adventure in the realm of Chinatsu's Castle en route back to the middle country.
