My Life with Autism

This is a personal autobiography of the daily challenges that i face living with Autism Spectrum Disorder and my difficulties with Social Skills. It covers the period from my childhood up to when i was diagnosed 3 years ago, and includes information on treatments/ therapies and the causes of Autism.

Autism is classified in the DSMV (Diagnostical and Statistical Manual), the 'gospel' of the American Psychiatric Association, as a Neuro-Developmental disability that affects 1 in every 88 babies born globally, more boys than girls. Autistics have problems with: Social Skills, Imagination, have a literal understanding of the world and have Sensory Issues.
