Here, brought together for the first time, is the Arthur of Sainte-Beuve and the Arthur of Ulric Guttinguer. Although a common project at the beginning, inspired by Guttinguer's own life, the oeuvre evolved dramatically over the years, shifting from a painting of romantic passion to a novel of conversion.
