Le Manuscrit De Sion

Zion's manuscript, preserved in the library of the Valais, allows us to trace the medieval kitchen until the 13th century. It allows us to deliver here 131 recipes (Venoison chef fresh, sand wild boar and deer, wild goat, Saavannah stuffed, etc.), with explanation of the text and then a selection of some of them for the table of today. The first part proposed the facsimile of the manuscript (used in cooking), the second photos of reconstituted dishes.
